Down menu and Quick Select Up menu, these three popup menu appears
right in the application you are currently working in. They are all
invoked by assigned hotkey which can be set in Option window.

Fix a serious bug, if you create new sub-category, and
shutdown you computer without exiting ClipManager, the new sub-category
will not appear in ClipManager when you run it next time, that will
become serious if you had dragged clips to it! Though i haven't received
any reports about this bug, but it does exist! If you encounter this
problem, please use File|Import Category File to import the lost sub-category
file, this sub-category will add to the last category.

1. Fix a display problem when ClipManager run in the windows with Big Fonts setting (the default windows Fonts is Small), and it can also support 640*480 display mode.
2. Fix a BIG PROBLEM which will cause ClipManager add reduplicated clips to the Clip History when user Clear Clip History Menu.
3. Fix a problem where could not categorize the clips if you only setup one category.
4. Fix a problem which will cause mistake when you copy something while you are using the Category Manager.
5. Fix two problems about Clip List Box sorting, one is if you do not select any item but click the column header of the Clip List Box, it will cause a mistake, the other is let ClipManager can scroll to the item you selected after you click the column header to sort.
